By creating an account, browsing the Platform or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that you accept these Terms in full. Riftvol grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
To access trading services, you must create an account and complete our verification process. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@Riftvolmarkets.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Riftvol Platform:

Riftvol reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension, reporting to law enforcement, and civil or criminal legal proceedings, in response to any prohibited activity.
All content on the Riftvol Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, charts, data feeds and software — is the property of Riftvol Markets Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the Platform's content without our express prior written consent. The Riftvol name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riftvol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

For unresolved complaints, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if you are a UK-based retail client.
